Not quite right? You can return or exchange most pieces within 7 days of delivery.

What qualifies

• Unworn, unused and in its original packaging
• All tags and protective seals still attached
• Requested within 7 days of the delivery date

What doesn't qualify

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless defective
• Customised or made-to-order pieces
• Items showing signs of wear or damage from use

How to start a return

1. Email or WhatsApp us your order number and the reason for return
2. We'll share a pickup date or return address
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days
